For the purposes of providing our Service, it is necessary for Payors and Payees to see certain some Personal Information as follows:
- Payors must see Payee name, email, and phone number in order confirm Payee as the correct recipient of payments facilitated by US
- Payors must see Payee name, address and social security number in order to conform to United States laws regarding IRS reporting requirements of subcontractor earnings
- Payees will see the name, email and phone of the Payors sending them money as part of Our Service
- Payee may also elect to share their personal information and message directly with other Payees within our Website.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.
